Clear clip on cover over controls to keep water tight. Instructions for use: Screw the timer onto your standard fitting garden tap. Connect your garden hose. Unscrew the clear waterproof cap. Set the two dials; the first for the time between watering, the second for how long your watering lasts. Clip over clear waterproof cap. Leave and forget. Delay.
